Shipping Policy

We charge a flat fee of €7.50 for shipping around Ireland. We also offer free shipping on orders over €100. We run discounts and promotions all year, sign up to our newsletter for exclusive offers.

Nationwide: Allow 4-7 working days to receive standard orders. You can also find us on Deliveroo for same day delivery in Dublin!

We aim to process and dispatch standard orders within 72 hours (3 working days), and shipping can take between 2-5 working days. You will receive a notification when your order is shipped. Please check your Spam Folder if you don't see a confirmation email when you place your order. If you have received a dispatch notification and you haven't received your delivery after 5 working days following this, please let us know and we will track your order.

Collections: You can also collect your order from us at Cuckoo Lane 7 days a week, 10am-10pm. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to collect, this is usually within a couple of hours.

Please note, we cannot guarantee a date of delivery especially during busy periods as we rely on third party shipping providers, however we will always try to accommodate special requests.

We use local drivers for Dublin city and inner suburbs (within 3km of BAR 1661), and UPS for secure nationwide delivery.

Our carrier aims to deliver within 2-5 working days. During busy periods, this may be longer. Please contact us if you haven't received your order a full 5 working days after receiving a shipping notification and we will track your order.

If there is a problem with your delivery we’re happy to help if we can, however If you have opened your bottle we can’t take it back!
